I appreciated the free breakfast of jam sandwiches and chai, perfect for exploring Mumbai's food scene. The owner and staff were kind and helpful, great for budget backpackers. The property's wifi, air conditioning, and personal amenities in each bunk were a bonus. cleanliness issues with bed bugs and dirty bedding were concerning. The location near the metro station was convenient, but the noisy fans and slow breakfast service were drawbacks.
